GREETINGS FROM WATERMARK!

Summertime is just around the corner up here in "The Hills of Headwaters", Everything is starting to bloom in the park and conservation area surrounding us and things are blooming in the community too. Many of the homes now have grass, and trees are being planted this week on the homeowner's lots.

Everyone is very excited. Do come up for a visit and see our beautiful model homes, (three more models to be completed soon) and have a drive through the community, which is just beautiful. There are almost eighteen kilometres of walking trails surrounding us for you to take a walk, in one of the most lovely spots in Southern Ontario. The 8,000 square foot Community Centre is almost finished and everyone is looking forward to that with great delight. When completed, our Community Centre will stand out as the heart of the community and the hub of social interaction.

ORANGEVILLE ART WALK OF TREE SCULPTURES

The Art Walk of Tree Sculptures has quickly become popular with our residents and visitors since the first tree was carved in 2002. The goal of the program is to use trees that have reached the end of their life expectancy in a way that allows them to continue adding character to our community. Carvers from throughout Ontario have participated in the programme and as word spreads, new carvers come forward every year hoping to participate. Orangeville has put art front and centre with this project and we invite you to come, explore and see the sculptures for yourself. For more information about this and other attractions in the area, please visit www.orangeville.ca
